A fine and persistent chocolate
Choroní cocoa is a Venezuelan single-origin from the central coast (Aragua state), in the Choroní area: a terroir “between the sea and the mountains” that often produces very fine and aromatic profiles.
It is a cocoa that focuses on finesse and persistence: a soft attack, an aroma that grows in layers, and a long finish with warm notes (wood/honey) and fruit.
